How we obtain personal data

Enquiring to us via our website, email, telephone or in person at venues.
Filling in an application/booking form.
We never gather information from publicly available sources.
DRCM never uses third parties to obtain or update details.

We collect various types of personal data including many of the following:

We may use cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Data use and storage

We collect most of the data listed above using booking forms both printed and online, this is used exclusively for the duration of the courses attended, for emergency contacts, medical conditions i.e. allergy’s or medical conditions we need to be aware of while you are attending one of our venues. All booking forms are destroyed 6 weeks after the course you attend has finished, physical copy’s securely shredded and digital copies securely deleted. The only information kept is your email address for future information and marketing. You can also have this removed from our lists at any time by emailing contact@dreamcatcherfilmcamp.com and include the word UNSUBSCRIBE in either the subject line or main body of the email. We never pass on or sell you information to any other people/organisations.

We will from time to time communicate with you by email, to communicate with people for the following purposes.

to share news about courses we offer
to share news about the camps (including its services) and (including promotion of discounts and services)
to share news about the Companies we run
to invite you to events and reunions
to invite you to support our fundraising activity
